BuildtechNZ is officially becoming “Slate Architecture & Construction” to better serve our current and future customers with our full-service architectural design and construction management service.
Slate was born out of the distinct partnership between BuildtechNZ & fortyone ARCHITECTURE, who realised the potential synergy that could be created by the alignment of Architecture and Construction throughout your whole building journey.
This collaboration of construction experts and architectural designers enables us to deliver seamless and integrated, high-calibre residential and light commercial projects across the North Island.
What will happen to BuildtechNZ & Fortyone Architecture?
The BuildtechNZ and Fortyone Architecture brands will be phased out over the coming months.
Our new Slate brand will roll out across the North Island with new look and feel, new building and site signage, billboards, refreshed social media, and staff uniforms to name a few.
We will launch a new website dedicated to showcasing the exceptional homes and spaces we have created, and more focused on detailed architectural construction experiences for kiwis.
Our emails will change from buildtechnz.co.nz and fortyone.nz to slate.co.nz
What will stay the same?
Our people you have personally come to know are still here to serve you best, they will just look shaper with their new kit!
The companies BUILDTECH (NZ) LIMITED and FORTY ONE ARCHITECTURE LIMITED will now be trading as Slate.
All our existing building contracts, guarantees, warranties will remain valid.
We can’t wait for you to join us on this exciting new journey of Slate Architecture & Construction.
